Imperial County Film Commission

The Imperial County Film Commission is proud to host the next in a series of virtual film festivals. Past festivals have focused on the storytelling of music videos, drama, horror, and the comedy genres. The upcoming festival is all about choice and showcasing the passion of local filmmakers. There is no specific genre that need be adhered to. Films may be entered in any shorts category, including animation. 
Call for Entries is now open through January 10, 2022. A panel of judges will view all entries and select the top three winners for cash prizes.  The festival will be available online for viewing January 22-29.

Filmmakers may submit multiple entries; however, each entry must be submitted separately.  Entry is FREE.  Entries will be accepted according to the Motion Pictures Association of America Rating Board System, but any film containing R-rated material, nudity, guns, graphic violence, drug use, alcohol or cigarette consumption will not be accepted.

All films/videos and applications must be submitted electronically through Dropbox, WeTransfer, Google Docs, or Vimeo (with download link enabled) or emailed to ImperialValleyFF@gmail.com. Download the entry form here.
