The Imperial County Film Commission is proud to announce the winners of our first in a series of virtual film festivals. This first festival, which will be available to view free online from May 15-22, focuses on the energy, fun and craft of Music Videos. Ten (10) submissions were accepted for adjudication and consideration for awards. Winning first place and earning $500 in prize money is “This Place”, by artists Tony “KC” Romero, directed by Tony Romero. The second-place winner, receiving $300, is “My Dear Blue”, by the artist Zander Schloss, directed by Marco Vera. The third-place winner, receiving $200, is “Beneath the Stars”, by the band Seven Wonders, and directed by Leonel and Elizabeth Ibarra.
